We can also replace those thought with positive affirming thoughts. Some of us can’t control our thoughts and entertain acting on things we should never consider.

Can you control your thoughts? Or do they control you? Do they make you act upon things that you shouldn’t or even could be lawless or criminal? Or can you put these thoughts away and think and do what you know you should? This is a difficult question for some people. If you have trouble having questionable or deeply bad thoughts and not being able to at least put them away or replacing them with something positive then you might want to consider speaking with a counselor.
