The world has gone through the Covid pandemic for 2 plus years. It has to say the least been draining physically especially if you had Covid-19 and even if you didn’t it can affect you. It has also been mentally challenging for many people.

Not a lot yet is known about the long term effects of the Covid virus. Many people are tired or feel drained for unknown reasons. So much has happened to people that have contracted the virus and people who haven’t. Mentally a large number of people have been affected by this virus. Things like “Long Covid” and other symptoms that are not yet know about yet can be devastating to a person.

If you are consistently tired or depressed there may be some connections between the virus and your mental health. Seeking help from a counselor might be a good choice. Your physical health is very important and so is your mental health. Don’t just go along and assume you are just down or having a down period of time. There are answers for you.

Have you ever had something to do and you just didn’t want to do it? Let’s say you are responsible for doing a task and you had no motivation to do it. Our lives can sometimes be full of things we just don’t want to do.

I would suggest reframing how you view it to make things a bit easier. If the task doesn’t take that long then just get it done. For some people it isn’t that easy.

The task or responsibility you are facing is necessary for things you are responsible for. Like your taxes, your health and other things in life many just don’t want to deal with.
